Together we make a difference for society as a whole. Your Role as Control System Engineer As a Control System Engineer, you'll be part of a larger group of engineers distributed across Sweden. You'll work at our customers' electrical substations with the following types of work tasks: Maintenance testing of protection relays Commissioning, configuration, and testing of control systems Troubleshooting and relay changeovers Work with remote controls and other substation equipment Minor design adjustments in connection with commissioning The role offers a varied daily work life where you work both independently and together with colleagues, customers, and other electrical specialists. You'll be part of the Technical business area where we have approximately 170 engineers distributed across the country, which provides access to a large knowledge base. You'll have excellent opportunities to take internal training courses, broaden your expertise, and work with all types of control equipment at voltage levels ranging from 0.4 kV to 400 kV. Business travel is a natural part of the work. Requirements Specification We know you'll develop together with us. However, we'd like to see that you already have: Post-secondary electrical power education or equivalent work experience in the electrical power field At least one year of experience working with control systems, testing, or protection relays Class B driver's license Swedish is our primary working language, and therefore you need very good skills in both speaking and writing. We also see that you have good English skills, particularly in reading and writing It's a merit if you also have experience with: Voltage levels 130–400 kV IEC 61850 Design adjustments We're looking for you if you're motivated by working with complex issues and enjoy finding solutions together with others.
