About the Assignment In this exciting consulting assignment, you will work in a security-classified environment, which means you will undergo careful vetting. This is a consulting assignment through Bemannia where you will work in the authority's premises in Umeå, Lycksele, Övik, and Skellefteå during office hours. The position is a full-time role, 100%, and includes performing operational services and daily office operations. The assignment starts in October 2026 and runs until October 2027. This is a security-classified assignment and requires an approved security vetting, including a security interview and background check. Your Responsibilities Your responsibilities are varied and include workplace services with a focus on creating a well-functioning and pleasant office environment. You are responsible for managing access cards, reporting malfunctions, and providing local technical support. The role also includes responsibility for service vehicle and goods handling, administration, and cooperation with internal safety organizations, property owners, and suppliers. Your responsibilities will also include: Ordering items such as coffee, paper, and furniture Managing access cards Reporting malfunctions and providing local technical support Service vehicle and goods handling Cooperation with internal safety organizations, property owners, and suppliers We also see that you are a person with a positive attitude and strong service orientation.
