About the Assignment
In this exciting consulting assignment, you will work in a security-classified environment, which means you will undergo thorough vetting. This is a consulting assignment through Bemannia where you will work in the authority's offices in Umeå, Lycksele, Övik, and Skellefteå during office hours. The position is a full-time role, 100%, and consists of, among other things, performing operational service and daily office management. The assignment starts in October 2026 and runs until October 2027. This is a security-classified assignment and requires approved security vetting, including a security interview and background check.
Your Responsibilities
Your responsibilities are varied and include workplace services with a focus on creating a well-functioning and pleasant office environment. You are responsible for managing access cards, reporting malfunctions, and providing local technical support. The role also includes responsibility for company vehicle and goods management, administration, and cooperation with internal safety organizations, property owners, and suppliers.
Your responsibilities will also include:
Ordering items such as coffee, paper, furniture
Managing access cards

We also see that you are a person with a positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
Your Qualifications
Driver's license (Class B)
Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
University degree or equivalent in a relevant area of expertise
At least three (3) years of continuous work experience in the requested area of expertise
Willing to undergo security vetting
Meritorious
Experience with smaller office projects, such as room relocations
