Office Manager for Tanumshede Office

Description Do you want to be part of leading and developing our private market business? We are now seeking an engaged office manager who wants to take responsibility for private advisory operations and contribute to the bank's continued success. Responsibilities As office manager, you will have overall responsibility for private business at our Tanumshede office. You will primarily lead private advisors and develop the department in line with the bank's goals, ensure high quality in advisory services, and drive business and results development. The team currently consists of 7 private advisors. Your responsibilities include creating high customer satisfaction through professional service and developing business with both existing and new customers. The role involves responsibility for sales, results, and target achievement, as well as leading and developing operations and staff through clear goals, follow-up, and dialogue. It also includes extensive personnel responsibility, including recruitment, ongoing staff follow-up, time administration, and documentation. The role also involves driving improvement initiatives, ensuring that processes and regulations are followed, and maintaining high quality in advisory services, documentation, and credit administration. Additionally, you will provide support on credit and administrative matters, monitor business development, and collaborate with colleagues within the bank. We are looking for someone who has Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority advisor and mortgage license (Swedec) Insurance distribution rights (management and control functions) Experience from banking or similar operations Leadership experience Academic education in economics or equivalent (advantageous) As a person, you are a confident and clear leader who is driven to develop both business and people. You are structured, results-oriented, and have a strong customer focus. You thrive in a role where you can combine strategic responsibility with operational work.
