Office Manager for Hamburgsund Office

Description We are seeking an Office Manager for our Hamburgsund office who has a strong commitment to leadership and wants to support our advisors in private banking. At the same time, you will meet customers as an advisor in both private and corporate banking. The office in Hamburgsund is also embarking on an exciting development journey with new premises aimed at future growth, which gives you an excellent opportunity to make an impact from the start. Duties and Responsibilities The role is broad and varied, with responsibility for both leadership, business, and operational work. You combine clear profit responsibility with developing the team and operations. Your main areas of responsibility include leadership and business development where you lead, coach, and develop the team, which currently consists of four private advisors. You have overall personnel responsibility that includes recruitment, time administration, documentation, goal setting, performance follow-up and conducting employee reviews, as well as ensuring competency development and a good work environment. The role also includes planning and further developing operations, monitoring results and quality, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing support in credit and administrative matters. In addition to this, you serve as a link between private and corporate banking to ensure comprehensive customer solutions. You will, in combination with your role as office manager, work as an advisor in private and corporate banking for the office's new and existing customers. You help identify the customer's overall needs and contribute to both private and corporate-related matters being handled appropriately. This is done in close collaboration with the bank's corporate market department to create the best possible comprehensive solution for the customer. Finally, collaboration is an important part of the assignment, where you work closely with other functions within the bank and contribute to strong cooperation between different business areas. We are looking for someone who has Swedish Securities Markets Act advisor and mortgage license (Swedesc) Insurance Distribution Authorization (management and control functions) Experience from banking or similar operations Leadership experience Academic education in economics or equivalent (merit) As a person, you are a confident and clear leader who is driven by developing both business and people. You are structured, results-oriented, and have a strong customer focus. You thrive in a role where you get to combine strategic responsibility with operational work.
