A Leadership Role Close to Employees and Customers This is a role for you who enjoys working closely with people. Here we want you to create value for both our customers and our employees. Approximately half your time you work as an accounting consultant with your own customized client portfolio. At Reventia, the consultant role is more than delivering correct accounting. You are a trustworthy and proactive advisor who understands the customer's business, ambitions, and challenges. Through qualified financial advice and close dialogue, you help the customer make better decisions, develop their business, and create long-term growth and value. The other part of the role is about leading and developing the financial management business area at Reventia. You become the one who creates structure and clarity in everyday work, sees how the team is doing and functioning, and helps colleagues succeed in their assignments. You are responsible for operational staffing, prioritization, and follow-up and ensure that we deliver with high quality and good profitability. You also become an important bridge between employees and Reventia's management and are part of the management group yourself. You get a clear operational mandate, while you have the owners close to you. The formal employer responsibility remains with the owners, which allows you to focus much of your attention where we believe you make the biggest difference: in the business, together with our employees and customers. Who Are You? We are looking for you who have solid experience from the accounting industry and feel comfortable with both qualified accounting and consulting. You likely have at least five years of experience and have worked with financial statements, annual reports, tax filings, reporting, and financial analysis. You may also have a background as a senior payroll consultant. It is a merit if you are an authorized accounting consultant through SRF or FAR, or have equivalent competence. You have a good understanding of the quality and regulatory issues that characterize the industry, such as Rex/Reko, anti-money laundering legislation, and GDPR. We would like to see that you have experience leading others – perhaps as a manager, team leader, project manager, or senior colleague. For us, how you lead is at least as important as having led.
