The Oncology Clinic in Lund is part of the operational area for hematology, oncology, and radiation physics within Skåne University Hospital (Sus). We are responsible for non-surgical cancer care in the southern health care region and combine highly specialized care with research, education, and development. We are now seeking a contact nurse who wants to contribute to safe, person-centered, and high-quality cancer care. 1 position(s). DUTIES As a contact nurse, you have a central and cohesive role in the patient's care pathway. You work closely with the patient and their family, create continuity and security, and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team. The work is varied, independent, and at the same time strongly team-oriented. The duties include telephone counseling and patient contact, participation in initial and follow-up visits, and responsibility for medications in connection with treatment. You work broadly with medication management, including both oral and injectable treatments, and actively participate in treatment conferences. QUALIFICATIONS You are a registered nurse with authorization to work within Swedish healthcare. Additionally, you have Swedish language skills at a level corresponding to at least C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale. Experience in cancer care and/or palliative care is desirable. Specialist training in oncology is also considered an advantage. It is also valuable if you have experience working with cytostatic drugs. Knowledge of the electronic health record systems Melior, Pasis, and/or Aria is additionally desirable.
