Job Description
We continue to grow and are now seeking railway expertise for our offices across the country. Whether you are a specialist, project manager, consultant, or engineer, we want to hear from you if you are interested in helping us develop the railway of the future. We work with all phases of railway projects from early investigations to production. We work with design, construction, project management, inspection, and construction supervision. We are recruiting broadly for both design engineers, structural engineers, inspection and contracting expertise within all BEST+MK areas as well as electrical power specialists who can take on all exciting assignments.
AFRY's railway organization is national with offices from Luleå to Malmö, and through close collaboration between sections/offices and technical areas, we form a strong whole together. We can therefore also offer flexible work location based on your needs and preferences. We work with investigations, concept and feasibility studies, design of construction documents and management data, review and inspection. Our assignments are often complex and we work in cross-disciplinary teams with some of AFRY's other 18,000 experts – we love it because it is both fun and developmental.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in the railway industry within one of the technical areas: track, catenary, low voltage, signals, telecommunications, canalisation, ground, or electrical power. Alternatively, you have experience working as a project or program manager within railway projects. You likely have a civil or university degree, but you may also have acquired equivalent knowledge in other ways.

This role may involve placement in a security class. Security clearance with background check will be conducted prior to a security-classified assignment.
