Do you want to lead employees close to the business while contributing to the development of defense logistics in Sweden? Combitech is seeking a Consulting Unit Manager for Logistics Support with placement in Lund, Helsingborg, Skövde, Jönköping, or Örebro. Here you'll combine people management, consulting assignments, and business development in an organization characterized by growth and change. Your Role as Consulting Unit Manager for Logistics Support As a Consulting Unit Manager, you'll be part of the Defence Logistics business unit. You'll lead a consulting unit that primarily supports the Swedish Armed Forces, FMV, and the defense industry within the logistics field. The unit has broad and deep expertise, particularly in Armed Forces logistics, and your mission will be to manage and further develop these competencies and organize business-adapted teams. You lead your employees closely and create conditions for engagement, responsibility, and development. An important part of the role is understanding your employees' motivations and matching their development needs with business growth. As a Consulting Unit Manager, you'll also work together with your unit on assignments, which gives you close understanding of both customer needs and your employees' day-to-day work. That's why you'll have an important role in developing the business and taking local responsibility for issues and opportunities that extend beyond your own consulting unit. This could include, for example, creating joint ventures with other parts of Combitech and contributing to collaborations that strengthen our collective offering. You have personnel responsibility for the unit's employees and sit on the management team for the business unit. In this role, you're expected to value collaboration, respect creative differences, and want to contribute to social benefit by developing people, business, and customer relationships. Who Are You? We believe you have higher education and at least five years of work experience. It's a merit if you have experience in leadership roles within consulting, sales, or project management. Experience from the defense industry or the Swedish Armed Forces is also an asset in this role. Since the position involves work covered by defense secrecy, you must undergo and be approved for a security clearance with background check. Selection is ongoing.
