About the position As a Consultant Manager with us, you will build and nurture relationships with consultants and clients. This involves many phone calls, many emails, and many follow-ups. You'll need to understand our offering, refine your arguments, and be able to explain why Socionomera is a good choice for both the consultant and the client. You will plan your work days relatively independently, but the team is close by when you need support. You can rely on established ways of working while we expect you to contribute to continuous improvement. An important part of the role is matching. You will manage and interpret large amounts of information in our internal systems. This requires you to be thorough, structured, and skilled at prioritizing what matters. The role also includes administration. You will handle contracts, ongoing assignments, follow-up on consultants' work environment, timesheets, and documentation for payroll and invoicing.
