What Does the Role Offer? As Consultant Manager, you'll play a central role managing our recruitment and staffing assignments. You'll be responsible for the entire recruitment and staffing process, matching the right talent with the right assignments, and working closely with our account managers. Your main responsibilities include: Building and nurturing client relationships: Act as an advisory partner to our clients and ensure long-term collaboration within talent supply. Recruitment: Independently manage complete recruitment processes, job postings, screening, interviews, candidate assessments, personality tests, and feedback for various roles in both salaried and hourly sectors. Staffing: Handle everything from job postings and screening to interviews and hiring. Staff responsibility: Coach and support consultants to create a motivating work environment. Client relationships: In this role, you're an important part of collaborating with our clients, maintaining our client relationships through a professional and service-oriented approach throughout the recruitment or staffing process.
