About the position
As a consultant manager at Montico, you are responsible for the entire staffing business with our customers in the manufacturing industry and workshop sector. By attracting and matching candidates, developing customer relationships, and following up on results with customers, you ensure that the right competence is in the right place at the right time.
The role of consultant manager involves many different contact points and suits you if you enjoy building relationships and are driven to create good results for both Montico and our customers. The consultant manager combines sales, customer responsibility, and leadership.
You will be part of a team with other consultant managers and candidate handlers as well as a sales representative. Together, we constantly help each other to succeed in meeting our customers' needs.
You will spend a large part of your time at our customers in the Nässjö and Jönköping region, where you build relationships and develop the business.
The work location for this position is Nässjö.
Job Description
- In collaboration with the sales representative, develop new customers in the Nässjö and Jönköping region
- Develop existing customers by building relationships
- In collaboration with candidate handlers, match the right consultants to the right assignments
- Lead and follow up on consultants at customer sites
- Take responsibility for quality and profitability in the business
We are looking for you
Your background and competence are important, but most important for you to thrive as a consultant manager are your personal qualities.
We would like to see that you have:
- Experience in sales, customer responsibility, or business development
- Understanding of industrial production
- Experience in leadership, staffing, or personnel responsibility is a merit
- Good administrative skills and system understanding
- Good knowledge of the business community in the region
- Class B driver's license
