As a Consultant Manager, you will have a central and business-oriented role where you are responsible for the entire process – from customer dialogue and needs analysis to recruitment, matching, and follow-up of consultants. You function as an important link between our customers, candidates, and consultants, working closely with both colleagues and the business to create long-term and successful partnerships. We are a team of six people working from our headquarters and warehouse in Östra Ljungby. Responsibilities: As a Consultant Manager, you will, among other things: Manage recruitment and staffing processes from start to finish. Match candidates and consultants to customer needs. Build and develop long-term relationships with customers, candidates, and consultants. Have personnel responsibility for our consultants and oversee the entire employee journey – from onboarding and orientation to coaching, follow-up, employee reviews, and offboarding. Identify business opportunities and contribute to the development of existing and new customer partnerships. Ensure high quality and service in all aspects of delivery. Participate in an on-call solution for customers who need support on weekends and public holidays, according to an established schedule. Profile & Background We are looking for someone who thrives in a role with high pace, short decision-making paths, and many points of contact. You are accustomed to combining operational work with strategic customer development and a business-oriented holistic perspective. You are driven by creating results through satisfied customers, well-functioning consultant assignments, and deals that come to fruition. When circumstances change, you are quick to adapt, find solutions, and ensure high quality in delivery. You naturally build trust and long-term relationships while working in a structured and goal-oriented manner. You have the ability to understand customer needs and match the right candidate to the right assignment. As a person, you are unpretentious, thrive in a team, and actively contribute to shared results.
