About the Role
As a Consultant Manager, you will have a central role where you are responsible for the entire process, from creating new business to recruiting, matching, and following up on consultants working with customers.

Your main responsibilities:
Develop new and existing customers
Identify staffing needs and present solutions
Recruit and match candidates to assignments
Conduct interviews, check references, and make selections
Personal responsibility for consultants working with customers
Regular customer visits and follow-ups
Negotiate agreements and ensure high customer satisfaction
Work toward set targets and budgets
What We're Looking For
You have a strong business drive and enjoy building relationships. You are someone who sees opportunities where others see problems and is motivated by the ability to influence your own results.
We believe you have experience from sales, staffing, recruitment, customer responsibility, or another role where you have worked closely with people and business. Industry experience is a merit but not decisive—what matters most is your personality, your drive, and your will to succeed.

Experience from the staffing and recruitment industry is a great advantage as you can quickly apply your knowledge and contribute to our continued expansion in the region.
To succeed in this role, you need to be comfortable moving around visiting customers and consultants in the region. Therefore, a valid driver's license and access to a car are a requirement, as a large part of the work is based on personal meetings and being close to operations. To facilitate the work, there is also access to pool cars for customer visits, consultant follow-ups, and other meetings.
