We are now looking for a business-driven Consultant Manager based at our office in Värnamo who wants to be part of our continued growth journey. About the role
As Consultant Manager, you have a central role where you are responsible for the entire process, from creating new business deals to recruiting, matching, and following up on consultants at client sites.
You actively work on developing existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities in the region. The role involves significant personal responsibility and is suited for someone who thrives in a varied day with a fast pace and many contact points.
Your main responsibilities:
Manage new and existing customers
Identify staffing needs and present solutions
Recruit and match candidates for assignments
Conduct interviews, reference checks, and selection
Staff responsibility for consultants at client sites
Ongoing customer visits and follow-ups
Negotiate agreements and ensure high customer satisfaction
Work towards set goals and budget
We are looking for you who
Has strong business drive and enjoys creating relationships. You are someone who sees opportunities where others see problems and who is motivated by influencing your own results.
We believe you have experience from sales, staffing, recruitment, customer responsibility, or other roles where you have worked closely with people and business. Industry experience is meritorious but not decisive; what matters most is your personality, your drive, and your willingness to succeed.

To succeed in the role, you need to be comfortable moving around visiting customers and consultants in the region. Therefore, a B-class driver's license and access to a car are required, as a large part of the work is based on personal meetings and being close to operations. To facilitate the work, there is also access to pool cars for client visits, consultant follow-ups, and other meetings.
