About the Position
As a Consultant Manager at Lernia, you play a central role in establishing and developing our business in the region. You work closely with the regional sales organization and are responsible for strengthening and expanding both our client and consultant base. The role focuses heavily on new client acquisition, where you actively contact companies, identify needs, and build long-term partnerships, primarily within the blue collar segment. You drive the entire process from initial contact through placement and follow-up, while also managing your consultants. The work is independent and gives you great freedom to plan your day and drive the business forward.
About You
We're looking for someone motivated by creating business deals and building relationships. You thrive in a role where you take personal responsibility and where results are directly tied to your own effort. You are self-driven, proactive, and have a strong work ethic. You are organized with excellent prioritization skills, while remaining flexible and communicative. You have a natural ability to build trust and long-term relationships with both clients and consultants.
Required Qualifications
Experience in B2B or corporate sales
Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written
Valid driver's license (Category B)
Good computer skills and digital proficiency
Ability to travel within the region
Desirable Qualifications
Experience in staffing or recruitment
Experience in manufacturing or related industries
Experience with recruitment and/or personnel management
Established network and customer contacts in the region
Post-secondary education in areas such as human resources, business administration, or similar
