Staffing Consultant Manager in Healthcare

Systrarnas Bemanning AB is a growing and personalized staffing company operating in healthcare and care services. We have our office in Falköping and work with staffing solutions for, among others, regions, municipalities, and private healthcare providers throughout Sweden. The company was founded by twin sisters Helene Odh and Ulrika Lundh, both registered nurses with over 30 years of experience in healthcare. Our own background in healthcare gives us a good understanding of both the daily reality of healthcare staff and our customers' needs. About the Position We are seeking a driven and experienced staffing consultant manager who wants to help develop our business, starting immediately. You will have a varied role where you are responsible for both consultants, clients, and day-to-day staffing. Your main responsibilities: Recruit and hire nurses and midwives Match consultants with current assignments Maintain ongoing contact with clients and consultants Work with procurement, contracts, and purchasing orders Follow up on ongoing assignments and build client relationships Contribute to the company's development and growth We're Looking for Someone Who Has experience in healthcare staffing and recruitment Has experience with procurement and work with municipalities/regions Is organized, self-driven, and solution-oriented Is confident in client and consultant interactions Has strong communication skills and speaks/writes Swedish fluently Is driven by goals, results, and creating long-term relationships We Offer A free and varied role with significant personal responsibility Opportunity for remote work Opportunity to influence and develop together with the company Competitive salary with possibility of bonus/performance-based compensation A committed team with short decision-making paths Location: Falköping with possibility for remote work Employment Type: 6-month probation period, thereafter possibility of permanent employment.
