Your daily work as a recruiting manager: This is a position for you who enjoy variety, responsibility, and creating long-term relationships. You become an important link between our customers and candidates and work with recruitment and staffing within Life Science and industry – two sectors where expertise, quality, and understanding of the customer's business are crucial. Recruiting and staffing of both workers and professionals within Life Science and industry The entire recruitment process – from job specifications, advertising, and search to selection, interviews, reference checks, and candidate presentations Sales, customer visits, and development of both new and existing customer relationships Personnel responsibility for your consultants – from onboarding and introduction to ongoing follow-up and development Ensuring high quality in our deliveries and working proactively to be an appreciated and long-term partner Administration related to recruitment and consulting operations, such as agreements, communication with customers and consultants, and other HR administrative tasks We promise a job where no two days are the same, and where your contribution really makes a difference – both in the team and especially for our customers and consultants. Who are you, our new colleague? We are looking for you who have experience in recruitment and staffing within Life Science and who want to help develop our offering in Stockholm. You have a business-oriented approach, enjoy building relationships, and have a good understanding of both customers' and candidates' needs. We believe you have: Experience in recruitment and/or staffing within Life Science. An established network and good contacts within Life Science, preferably with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry. Experience recruiting qualified professionals, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in sales and developing long-term customer relationships. Experience working with MSP providers and larger framework agreements is a merit. Ability to work independently, strategically, and goal-oriented. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Driver's license (category B).
