Your day-to-day as a recruiting manager: This is a role for you who enjoys variety, responsibility, and building long-term relationships. You become an important link between our customers and candidates and work with recruitment and staffing within Life Science and industry – two sectors where expertise, quality, and understanding of the customer's business are crucial. Recruiting and staffing of both workers and salaried employees within Life Science and industry The entire recruitment process – from requirements analysis, advertising and search to selection, interviews, reference checks and candidate presentation Sales, customer visits and development of both new and existing customer relationships Personal responsibility for your consultants – from onboarding and introduction to ongoing follow-up and development Ensuring high quality in our deliverables and working proactively to be an appreciated and long-term collaboration partner Administration related to recruitment and consulting operations, such as contracts, communication with customers and consultants, and other HR-related tasks We promise you a job where no two days are the same, and where your effort truly makes a difference – both in the team and not least for our customers and consultants. Who are you, our new colleague? We are looking for you who have experience in recruitment and staffing within Life Science and who wants to help develop our offering in Stockholm. You have a business-like approach, enjoy building relationships, and have good understanding of both customers' and candidates' needs. We believe you have: Experience in recruitment and/or staffing within Life Science. An established network and good contacts within Life Science, preferably with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry. Experience recruiting qualified salaried employees, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in sales and developing long-term customer relationships. Experience working with MSP providers and larger framework agreements is advantageous. Ability to work independently, professionally and goal-oriented. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Driver's license (category B).
