Consultant Manager – Staffing & Recruitment in Healthcare

About the Position As a consultant manager, you will be responsible for the entire staffing process – from recruitment and matching to personnel management, customer development, and business development. You will build long-term relationships with both customers and consultants and work actively to ensure high quality in our deliveries. An important part of the role is that you will be responsible for one of our largest private healthcare providers within specialist care. You have overall responsibility for the customer's staffing needs and work closely with the organization to ensure the right expertise at the right time. The role involves significant personal responsibility where you develop collaboration, create long-term relationships, and contribute to continued business development. You will also be involved in developing our national staffing operations by building and further developing a staffing pool for assignments throughout Sweden. Key Responsibilities Recruitment, matching, and staffing of healthcare personnel. Personnel management and ongoing follow-up of consultants. Responsibility for staffing one of our largest private customers within specialist care. Quality monitoring and administrative tasks. Building and developing long-term customer relationships. Conducting customer visits and working with new customer development. Participating in procurement processes and preparing quotes and agreements. Identifying new business opportunities and developing existing partnerships. Contributing to the development of our national staffing pool. Travel within Sweden is part of the position. Who Are You? We Are Looking for Someone With University education in HR or healthcare. Experience as a consultant manager within healthcare staffing is a merit. Experience in recruitment, staffing, or similar operations. Good computer skills. Experience with Recman is a merit. B-driver's license.
