About the role
As Consulting Manager, you are responsible for building a functioning and scalable consulting organization. The focus is equally on structure, quality, and business as on leadership. You will be central in shaping how we work, deliver, and grow.
Responsibilities
Personnel responsibility and team development
Ensure quality in customer deliverables
Create structure in work methods and processes
Resource planning and capacity management
Contribute to business development
We are looking for someone who
Has experience in sales and consulting work
Is structured, driven, and comfortable taking the lead as an operational manager
Has good business acumen with understanding of customers and sales
Thrives in a role where you build teams and drive customer relationships forward
Is experienced in analysis, decision-making, and financial management
Experience from the energy sector is a merit
