Your role as a consultant As a consultant with us, you work on assignments that help banks, insurance companies, and other financial actors develop their business, processes, and technology. The role suits you if you want to work closely with both business and IT and contribute to change initiatives where structure and collaboration are crucial. In the role, you will progressively take on greater delivery responsibility, for example by: Working on transformation initiatives within digitalization, business development, and implementation. Drive deliveries forward through coordination, structure, and follow-up in complex project environments. Act as a bridge between business and IT by translating needs into solutions. Support and eventually lead parts of agile deliveries, projects, or programs in close collaboration with colleagues and customer teams. Develop in the consultant role and grow toward greater responsibility and leadership. You will also have the opportunity to contribute internally to business development and further development of EY's offerings. Qualifications for the position We are looking for you who: Have approximately 3–8 years of work experience, preferably in business development, IT, project management, agile deliveries, or transformation. Consulting experience is a merit. Have experience from banking, insurance, or other financial operations. Have a technical or analytical educational background (for example, systems science, industrial economics, computer science, or similar). Have a high level of language proficiency in speech and writing in Swedish and English. Characteristics for success in the role You have a strong interest in digitalization and technical development within the financial sector and are curious, structured, and solution-oriented.
