In the Water and Wastewater region in Gothenburg, we are approximately 90 consultants who work daily with water and wastewater issues. The Water Systems group in Gothenburg consists of approximately 10 people with great drive and willingness to take responsibility. As part of Sweco, you will join a competent team of approximately 600 colleagues specializing in Water & Wastewater. Your future role In the role of consultant or project manager with us, you will be an important part of our group and our projects. As a consultant with us, you work partly on projects and partly supporting and training younger colleagues. Currently, we offer our clients services in water and wastewater surveys and hydraulic modelling. We often work early in the planning phase where we investigate the prerequisites for future investments with the client. The group also drives development projects and environmental projects. We often collaborate with other technical disciplines such as streets/roads, landscape, and geotechnics. Sweco offers you great opportunities to influence both your own and the group's development. Group Manager Jonas Hed Your experience We are looking for you who: Have a university degree or civil engineering degree in water, civil engineering, or equivalent. Have several years of experience in water and wastewater surveys, pre-studies, or hydraulic modelling of pipe systems and working with Mike+ or similar tools. Express yourself well in Swedish both verbally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. Meritorious: Previous experience as a project manager or project leader in water and wastewater. Experience with GIS and CAD. Interest in programming and experience with, for example, Python Who are you? As a person, you are independent, take initiative, and take responsibility. Since the work involves many internal and external contacts, we would like you to be an outgoing person with good collaboration skills.
