Regardless of specialization, you'll have a broad role where you alternate between strategy, analysis, law, and dialogue. Examples of assignments: Project management of development projects Advisory services in urban development and implementation matters (for example, development calculations) Negotiations and drafting of agreements (for example, development agreements and land negotiations) Advisory services related to planning processes Support to municipalities, property owners, and developers Investigations and analyses related to land, properties, and implementation You'll be based at the office in Östersund, and your assignments may be located both locally and regionally.
