We're looking for someone ready to take the next step within Microsoft 365 and Endpoint Management. You'll work independently on customer projects, support organizations in their digital workplace transformation, and develop alongside a senior team passionate about knowledge sharing, Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management, and Copilot. Responsibilities As a Microsoft 365 & Endpoint consultant, you'll work closely with customers on the management, support, and ongoing development of their Microsoft 365 environments. You'll ensure a stable and user-friendly platform while serving as an advisor to the organization on new opportunities and improvements. The role is independent and suits someone who can take ownership of their own management assignment. At the same time, you'll have the opportunity to develop further alongside some of the market's most experienced consultants in Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management, and Copilot. You'll work both operationally and in an advisory capacity, helping customers develop their workplaces, create structure in management, and ensure that solutions deliver real value to the organization. Example Responsibilities: Independent management and user support within Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online Management and development of client environments in Microsoft Intune, including policies, enrollment, and troubleshooting Administration of groups, permissions, and access models in Entra ID Backlog management, change management, documentation, and user support Support for organizations in implementing and developing Microsoft Copilot and new ways of working Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities Requirements: Solid experience in Microsoft 365 management, support, or consulting Good practical experience with Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online Experience with Microsoft Intune and Windows client management Experience with Entra ID, permission governance, and access models Ability to independently drive and manage a customer assignment Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written Meritorious: Experience with Microsoft Purview, information classification, and sensitivity labels Experience with PowerShell for automation and migrations to SharePoint Online or OneDrive Interest in or experience with Copilot, AI Readiness, and governance within Microsoft 365 We're looking for someone who is self-driven, communicative, and thrives in a consulting role where you work closely with both users and decision-makers.
