As a consultant with us, you are a key person in the customer journey. You work closely with our customers and help them get maximum value from our solutions through consulting, training, implementation, and support. You help organizations develop, streamline their workflows, and guide customers through the digital transformation taking place in the education sector. Your Role As a Consultant at IST, you work closely with our customers to ensure they get maximum value from our solutions and services. You combine consulting, training, implementation, and support with a strong customer focus and a good understanding of organizational needs. The role is varied and involves you serving as an important link between the customer and IST. You help customers develop their workflows, streamline processes, and make the best use of our systems. You work both operatively and strategically, where you contribute expert knowledge, lead training and implementation projects, and support customers in their digital development. An increasingly important part of the role is to help customers understand and benefit from AI-based tools and new digital workflows that can simplify and improve their daily operations. Your Main Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: Plan and carry out onboarding and implementation projects. Deliver training, administrative services, and consulting services to customers. Support customers with technical and functional questions in a professional and solution-oriented manner. Create, develop, and maintain training materials and documentation. Build long-term and trustworthy customer relationships. Identify areas for improvement and opportunities to develop customers' use of our solutions. Contribute customer insights to product development. Identify and drive upselling opportunities for services and modules. Promote the use of AI-based tools and guide customers in their digital development journey. Ensure delivery according to internal processes, SLAs, and time reporting. Your Profile To thrive and succeed in this role, you are a communicative and relationship-building person who is driven by helping customers succeed. You have a consultative approach, are solution-oriented, and are comfortable taking responsibility independently. To succeed in the role, we see that you have: A degree in IT, systems science, or another area the employer deems equivalent. Experience with consulting, customer support, or service delivery. Experience with SaaS solutions and digital systems. Good ability to understand customer needs and translate them into practical solutions. Experience with training, change management, or implementation work is a plus. Experience with IST's products or similar systems is a plus. An interest in digitalization, AI, and how new technology can create value in organizations. Experience from schools, municipal operations, administration, or similar areas of operation is a plus.
