Would you like to work close to both customers and production and see how your ideas become finished products? Then you could be our next designer. As a designer, you will be an important part of our team. You work with customer orders daily and ensure that they become drawings and documentation for production. You will, among other things: Create 3D models and manufacturing documentation Make detail, welding and assembly drawings Develop production planning and work instructions Drive and complete internal improvement projects Here you get to work close to both sales, production and customers – with short decision-making paths and a culture characterized by collaboration. Who we think you are You enjoy solving problems and see opportunities in challenges. You are practical, thorough and good at collaborating. We would like to see that you have: University education or equivalent in a relevant field A few years of experience in design Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written Experience in project work or project management About us We are Elkapsling – a growing industrial company in Alby outside Ånge. Here we develop, manufacture and market enclosures, console solutions, casings, machine guards and much more that protect electrical and electronic equipment in demanding environments. All development and production takes place in our factory in Alby and our customers are mainly in the Nordic region.
