As a designer, you will work close to the projects and contribute with documentation, design, and technical materials that ensure quality throughout the project. Work Tasks As a designer, you work on-site from the office in Borlänge and support project managers and project teams with design work on contracting projects within building automation. The role is varied and involves developing, compiling, and ensuring technical materials needed for projects to be executed efficiently and with high quality. Examples of work tasks: Develop material specifications Design control systems Compile material orders Develop and update I/O lists Work with operations and maintenance documentation Support project managers with technical materials and documentation Collaborate with project managers, technicians, programmers, and installers Contribute to structure, quality, and clarity in project documentation We are Looking for You: Have experience or knowledge within building automation, alternatively a HVAC or electrical engineering background Have good technical understanding and interest in building technical systems Are organized, thorough, and have good sense of order Enjoy working with technical materials, documentation, and design Can communicate fluently in Swedish and have good understanding of technical documentation Have good computer skills and find it easy to learn technical systems and working methods Merits: Experience with design within building automation Knowledge of HVAC systems, control and regulation engineering, or electrical installations Experience developing control systems, I/O lists, material specifications, or O&M documentation Familiarity with contracting projects Experience with relevant CAD, design, or documentation tools Personal Qualities You are someone who thrives with order and organization, and you have a natural ability to create structure even in complex technical contexts.
