Design Engineer

As a design engineer at Värmebaronen, you will work alongside product developers on both innovation and improvement of the standard product range, as well as development of customized solutions, from concept to finished product. You are also responsible for ensuring product quality and making sure that all requirements and standards are met, and that the company remains constantly updated on these matters. The position also includes assisting support with technical expertise. To succeed in this role, you have: Several years of practical experience in design work with welded sheet metal An engineering degree with a focus on mechanical engineering Strong knowledge of the CAD tool Inventor and Vault Good knowledge of Swedish and English is a requirement, and you must be able to read and understand applicable standards It is also advantageous if you have knowledge within pressure vessels and electrical systems. To succeed in this role, you need to be innovative, creative, and use your imagination constructively—seeing problems as challenges and solving them in the best way possible. You are independent and good at managing yourself while also having the ability to collaborate with others in a team. You value structure, planning, and organization, and you have a knack for building good relationships with those around you.
