As Artistic Director, you will have a central role in shaping the theatre's artistic direction and strengthening its relevance locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.
You will lead the artistic department and be responsible for developing the theatre's artistic vision, profile and repertoire based on the theatre's mission, goals and operational plan. The role offers a great mandate to put your mark on one of Sweden's leading dramatic theatres and to translate artistic ideas into repertoire, productions and long-term development.
