About the assignment We at Novare Staffing are a proud and approved supplier of the state framework agreement in Sweden. We now have a vacant position for you who have previous experience from the service industry. You will work in the conference department at the relevant government agency. We would like to see that you have good technical skills to feel comfortable in your role as a conference host. The work tasks are generally varied and consist entirely of ensuring that everything is in place for conferences at the agency. This may include replenishing materials, copying, dishwashing, some cleaning, technical assistance, serving coffee/tea and lunch, as well as detailed planning of conference implementation. For this role, we are looking for you who have a good sense of service. You are communicative, structured, and conscientious. Furthermore, we see that you thrive in a role with multiple points of contact. Requirements for the position at least three (3) years of professional experience as a conference host Driver's license category B basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent basic knowledge of case management systems experience working with videoconference equipment ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing basic knowledge of English, both verbally and in writing. Assignment period and scope The assignment is full-time during office hours and runs from October 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027, with the possibility of extension.
