Conference and Catering Coordinator Permanent position, full-time (100%) Start date by agreement About the Position We are now seeking a solution-oriented and detail-focused Conference and Catering Coordinator who wants to help create first-class service experiences for our customers and guests. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating orders, planning deliveries, and ensuring that our conference and catering operations run smoothly from order to execution. You have a central function in the business and are our face to customers, order placers, guests, and external partners. Therefore, it is important that you have a strong customer focus and a high level of service. The role requires good collaboration skills, flexibility, and an unpretentious work approach. When needed, you are expected to support the business with other tasks within restaurant and service operations. Key Responsibilities Manage all customer contact regarding conference and catering orders Receive, plan, and coordinate orders Ensure that deliveries are executed according to customer preferences Be responsible for delivery and follow-up of orders Communicate and coordinate information to the restaurant team Handle certain invoicing, reporting, and administration Assist in the restaurant, serving, and kitchen when needed Contribute to the development of the business's service and catering offerings About the Unit The unit is located in central Stockholm and is responsible for restaurant, guest dining room, conference service, catering, and facility maintenance at the customer's premises. We are a dedicated team of approximately ten employees working closely together to create high quality and good service. Our restaurant is open from breakfast to afternoon (07:30–15:30). In addition to daily restaurant operations, we handle conference and catering orders of varying scope depending on the season. We are in an exciting development phase where we want to strengthen our offerings with a clearer focus on healthy and attractive food and service concepts. At the same time, we see great opportunities to further develop the business through increased collaboration with other operations in the building. About You We are looking for someone who thrives in a varied role with many contact points and who has the ability to create structure even when the pace is high.
