Conference and Event Organizer (profession code 3332 01)
Full-time position, hybrid work after probation period.
Address: Āzenes iela 12 K-1, Riga
Your responsibilities will include:
Planning and organizing conferences, seminars, and project meetings;
Ensuring RTU's participation in RTU events: the "School" exhibition, Open Door Days, Scientists' Night, etc.;
Organizing internal staff events;
Communication with involved parties (participants, speakers, suppliers, etc.);
Booking and coordinating facilities and equipment;
Preparing, distributing, and compiling survey results;
Ordering presentation materials, printed materials, and services;
Updating information on websites;
Communications on social media.
We expect from you:
Higher education;
Excellent computer skills;
Strong text and content creation skills;
Ability to collaborate, listen, and build positive, effective collaborative communication;
Ability to work independently and in a team, plan your own work;
Excellent Latvian language skills and very good English language skills for organizing international conferences.
Ability to present to an audience.
We offer:
Salary from EUR 1800 to EUR 2500 gross per month, depending on qualifications.
Health insurance after probation period.
