Group Accounting Manager

Job Description As a Group Accounting Manager at SafetyRespect, you work closely with our Group CFO. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the group's accounting, consolidation, and financial statements, while also helping to establish new processes, policies, and structures for the future. The role is both operational and analytical, where you become the link connecting the numbers from our international units. You will have a broad and responsible role where your main tasks include: Responsible for ongoing accounting and monthly and annual financial statements for the Swedish company. Quality assure and receive financial reporting from our foreign subsidiaries in Norway, USA, UK, Germany, Lithuania, and Turkey. Drive the consolidation of the group's companies. Compile reports, analyze figures, and prepare materials for board meetings. Own and coordinate the group's annual report and coordinate work on the notes. Several years of experience in accounting or auditing, and previous experience with consolidation. Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written, as we are an international group. Experience with Navision (advantageous). Experience with Power BI and strong Excel skills (advantageous).
