About the Role
As a Group Accounting Manager, you will work with the group's monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and ensure a correct consolidation process, eliminations, and handle acquisitions including acquisition analyses. The business has a continuous focus on developing and improving finance processes. You will work in an environment with established routines and processes and have close collaboration with other finance functions within the group.
Location: South Stockholm, hybrid
Main Responsibilities
Responsible for consolidation and group reporting in Aaro
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements at group level
Ensure quality in the group's financial reporting and supporting documentation from subsidiaries
Handle group adjustments related to eliminations and acquisitions in accordance with IFRS
Participate in acquisition-related matters within group accounting
Ensure quality and correctness of reported documentation from subsidiaries
Support the business with questions related to group accounting and reporting
Contribute to the development and improvement of processes, routines, and reporting flows
Participate in the work of annual reports and audits at group level
Qualifications
Academic education in accounting or equivalent
Several years of experience in group accounting
Strong experience with consolidation work in an international environment
Very good knowledge of Aaro
Experience with financial closing and group reporting
Good understanding of IFRS
Very good knowledge of Excel
Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written
Meritorious:
Experience from PE-owned companies
Experience working in acquisition-intensive operations
Experience from international groups with multiple legal entities

You have the ability to quickly understand new operations and work independently while enjoying collaboration with others. Furthermore, you are accustomed to handling large information flows and feel comfortable working in complex group structures. You are solution-oriented, thorough, and have a genuine interest in group accounting and reporting.
