The municipality's real estate portfolio, comprising approximately 200,000 m2, includes preschools, schools, residential care facilities, cultural and leisure premises, commercial spaces, and residential units. Danderyd Municipality is facing several major investment projects. The Real Estate Department is simultaneously conducting development work on long-term maintenance planning of our portfolio. The Real Estate Department is therefore undergoing an important transformation in which we are strengthening our organization. We are developing and strengthening our customer service within the Real Estate Department. The position will be based at our operations office by Enebybergs Square. 1 position(s). JOB DUTIES Your primary responsibility is to provide service to our tenants and contractors in a correct and efficient manner regarding the municipality's real estate, primarily by distributing incoming and self-initiated cases to technicians within the operations unit and other departments as well as managing follow-up, return, and reporting of cases. In this role, you will also manage access and key systems for the municipality's real estate and you will develop and update supervision and maintenance procedures within the operations unit as well as handle certain financial administration. This position also includes conducting inspections of residential apartments and residential spaces in care facilities upon move-out. You will assess condition and carry out measures, order and follow up repairs and actions in collaboration with contractors. You ensure that residences meet an acceptable standard before move-in and coordinate move-ins. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: • have documented experience from several years of work with customer service or contact center with a focus on real estate operations • are accustomed to working digitally and have an aptitude for learning different types of systems • are experienced in working with Office 365 as a work tool • have experience working with case management • have good ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in Swedish • have a driver's license (Class B) It is a merit if you have: • experience with digital communication within customer service • knowledge of building technology and other public infrastructure installations • practical experience working with real estate • experience with R-card M5 for access control system administration • experience with invoice handling and financial administration We are looking for you who are interested in working with real estate, people, and public infrastructure issues and who thrive with providing service to customers in complex cases.
