Welcome to Vidingehem! 1 position(s). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a communicator with us, you have a central role in developing, coordinating and quality assuring our tenant communication. You work closely with operations and independently drive the development of communication throughout the entire housing journey – from identifying needs and opportunities to implementing them in concrete actions and improvements. We are looking for someone who thrives in an operations-focused role and who combines a strategic perspective with a strong implementation focus. You take initiative, drive work forward and develop smarter, clearer and more proactive ways to communicate. With your pedagogical ability, you can translate complex information into communication that is relevant, easy to understand and tailored to different target groups. Your main responsibilities include: • Work with and develop tenant digital information. • Provide close communicative support to operations in creating and sending tenant information. • Adapt and quality assure communication based on target group, channel and purpose. • Identify development needs and take initiative for improvements that strengthen tenant communication over time. • Be out in operations to understand needs and translate them into clear and relevant communication. • Drive development of digital working methods, AI support and smarter communication solutions. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who: • Has several years of experience in communication work, preferably in an operations-focused role. • Has pedagogical ability and can tailor content to target groups and simplify complex information. • Takes great responsibility and has the ability to independently drive development work from idea to implementation. • Is organized and experienced in creating working methods, processes and clarity. • Is service-oriented and has a talent for building trusting relationships and collaborating with others. • Is curious about development and sees opportunities with AI, digitalization and smarter working methods. We are looking for someone with relevant education in communication, marketing or equivalent professional experience. You are comfortable working with digital tools and communication platforms and have a good understanding of how communication, systems and information flows connect. Experience with web, CRM, property management systems or other digital platforms related to customer communication is a merit. You are motivated by turning ideas and needs into concrete action. You take responsibility for driving your work forward and appreciate the opportunity to influence and develop both working methods and communication. Experience in service and customer contact is a merit. You express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
