Are you a creative communicator who wants to contribute to a more sustainable society? We are now seeking a communications specialist for a one-year temporary position in Gothenburg. About the Assignment You will become part of a small communications team where you work closely with the communications manager and take on a varied role with significant responsibility. You will support the organization in both strategic and operational communications matters and help create engaging communication for different target audiences. The organization is in an exciting development phase with several long-term initiatives, which means communication plays an important role both internally and externally. This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting and work as a consultant for our client. The assignment period is from August 31, 2026 through August 27, 2027. The position is full-time with standard office hours. The position is primarily based at the workplace in Gothenburg. In the future, some remote work may be possible. Responsibilities In this role, you will, among other things: Plan, produce, and publish content on social media. Manage ongoing communication in the organization's social channels and monitor and evaluate content. Create and update content on the website and intranet. Write, edit, and quality assure texts for different channels and target audiences. Provide communicative support to managers and employees. Support HR in communications regarding recruitment and employer branding. Prepare simple graphic materials and collaborate with an external communications agency on larger productions. The position is primarily based at the workplace in Gothenburg. In the future, some remote work may be possible. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are seeking you if you: Have higher education in media and communications or equivalent education. Have several years of experience working as a communications specialist. Are a skilled writer and can adapt messages and tone to different target audiences and channels. Have strong experience with social media and digital communication. Have experience working in WordPress and SharePoint. Have good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Work in a structured manner, take responsibility for your tasks, and have strong planning and prioritization skills. Are humble, collaboration-oriented, and enjoy supporting different parts of the organization. It is advantageous if you have: Experience filming, editing, and producing short videos for social media. Experience with communications work in public operations or other politically governed organizations. Knowledge of web accessibility. Does the above sound like you?
