About the Position We are now seeking a communications officer for Kammarkollegiet in Stockholm. In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine strategic communication work with operational content creation. You will work closely with the operations team and contribute to developing communications toward civil society and organizations that can apply for support from Allmänna arvsfonden. You will be part of a communications team that works to plan, implement, and follow up on communication initiatives. The work includes both providing advisory services to the operations team and producing content for various channels. The position's tasks include: - Plan, implement, and follow up on communication initiatives - Provide qualified support and advisory services in communications matters - Create and publish content for websites, social media, and other digital channels - Production of texts, images, and other communication materials as well as participation in campaigns, information initiatives, webinars, and conferences Assignment Period and Scope: The communications officer position is a full-time consulting assignment starting 2026-10-01 and is expected to run for six (6) months, with the possibility of extension for up to two (2) years. Requirements for the Position: • University degree in media and communications or equivalent education • Minimum five years of experience with similar communications work • Strong knowledge of digital communications and social media • Experience with brand-building work • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent tools • Experience with editing tools, such as InDesign and Photoshop • Experience with web publishing tools, such as Episerver and Sitevision • Excellent ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing • Good knowledge of plain language and legislation governing communications in the public sector • Current experience planning, implementing, and following up on communication initiatives • Current experience with assignments in the public sector • Current and excellent ability to formulate clear and accessible messages to different target audiences • Current experience working in Adobe, such as content production with Adobe Express and/or image editing in Adobe Photoshop For us to be able to move you forward in the process, you must clearly account for in your CV how you meet all the requirements above.
