Our client is a government agency with an important societal mission and responsibility for supporting public operations across several areas. You will become part of an engaged communications team that works closely with the operations to plan, implement, and develop communications initiatives. Together, the team contributes to creating clear, targeted, and accessible communications that strengthen the organization's impact and reach relevant audiences. You will work from our office located in Stockholm. Your Responsibilities As a communications specialist, you will work both strategically and operationally to plan, implement, and follow up on communications initiatives. You will serve as close support to the operations and ensure that communications are targeted, clear, and effective. The role is varied and includes both advisory work, content production, and work across multiple communications channels. Responsibilities: Provide communications support and advice to operations Plan, implement, and follow up on communications initiatives Produce and publish content for web, social media, and other digital channels Write, edit, and develop communications materials in various formats Participate in planning and implementation of campaigns, information initiatives, webinars, and conferences Your Qualities To thrive in this role, you are communicative, collaborative, and responsive to the organization's needs. Qualifications: University degree in Media and Communications or equivalent education Current experience planning, implementing, and following up on communications initiatives Current experience with assignments in the public sector Current and excellent ability to formulate clear and accessible messages to different audiences Current experience producing content for digital channels and social media Current experience working in Adobe, such as content production with Adobe Express and/or image editing in Adobe Photoshop Strong knowledge of plain language and legislation governing communications in public sector operations Ability to communicate fluently in speech and writing Meritorious: Led larger campaigns and/or major events Scope and Start Date Full-time consulting assignment for 6 months with possibility of extension.
