Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for communications for LEAD, LiU Invest, and support LEAD portfolio companies' PR-related work to promote and increase visibility of LEAD. Based on our marketing strategy, you will plan, produce, implement, and evaluate communication and marketing activities, with a focus on creating relevant and engaging content for various channels, including graphics, digital media, video, and audio. You are responsible for daily environmental monitoring related to communications and marketing and can proactively create newsworthy content aligned with the company's strategy.

Brainstormed with colleagues on how to best attract more LiU researchers to apply to Summer Match, where their business ideas are market-validated by motivated students
Coordinated and provided feedback on a press release about an investment LiU Invest made in one of the early LEAD companies
Our communications department currently consists of two people: a Community Manager and Office Manager who handle communications with portfolio companies and our alumni. The team will now be strengthened with a communications specialist who will focus on external communications and marketing activities to strengthen LEAD's brand and awareness. Your Profile
We are looking for someone with several years of experience as a communications specialist and relevant post-secondary education. As a person, you naturally take ownership of your tasks, you have a structured work approach and deliver results—this also means you handle our agile environment with natural composure. You get energy from meeting new people and you have a natural curiosity about innovation and development.
You master the production of graphic materials and video in Adobe Suite or equivalent, and you have experience working in CMS systems.
Excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, are required, and you are a good writer.
