Communications Manager RISE

We are now recruiting a communications manager for the Materials and Production division, where we drive development in areas such as sustainable production, advanced materials, fossil-free energy, and total defense, based on the needs of industry and society. About us You will join the communications team at the Materials and Production division, which currently consists of four communications professionals working both strategically and operatively with value-creating communication. The work is conducted in close collaboration with colleagues in operations, initiatives, projects, as well as the marketing function and other departments within the company, particularly group communications. About the role You translate goals into concrete communication initiatives that deliver results. With a clear business focus, you initiate and drive campaigns, activities, and content that create visibility, generate demand, and build trust. The role involves: Leading communication efforts within a strategic area for the division in line with the division's business plan Developing communication plans and monitoring established KPIs Implementing and evaluating communication activities Producing content and optimizing content for various channels such as web, social media, newsletters, trade shows, and conferences Project managing and executing events, both digital and physical Developing press materials and pitching news Measuring, analyzing, and optimizing communication initiatives based on impact You report to the division's communications manager. We are looking for someone who combines strategic vision with operational strength and who has documented experience using communication as a tool for business development. You have an easy time understanding new topics, identifying needs, and translating them into objectives and activities that deliver impact. You are creative and enjoy working with others while being structured and driven in your individual work. You are experienced in planning, prioritizing, and following up initiatives against measurable results. You see good relationships as key to success and you think about the team first, considering how we can best together contribute to our shared goals. Requirements for the position: Post-secondary education in communications, marketing, or media At least 7 years of experience in qualified communication work Documented experience driving campaigns that contribute to business results Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO and social media Strong expertise in content production for various formats Experience planning and executing events, both digital and physical Experience in press and PR work Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written Ability to handle tools/software for layout and image editing, email marketing, measurement and analytics Experience from technical environments and matrix organizations is a merit Are we right for each other?
