The role is placed in the development department together with business and strategic development. Within communications, we work closely with operations to develop and drive communication efforts. We contribute to making the municipality clear, accessible and relevant. At the same time, we strengthen the image of Svalöv as an attractive place to live, work and reside. Together with you, the team consists of a strategic communicator and a communicator with a visual focus, where your role focuses on our digital work. 1 position(s). WORK TASKS We are looking for you who combines a strong user focus with content, good structure and communication skills. In the role, you work closely with operations from need to finished result. You drive your assignments independently and are accustomed to taking responsibility for both content, implementation and follow-up. You use digital tools as a natural part of your work to achieve results and develop working methods. A central part of the assignment is to develop our digital channels with website and intranet. You work with managing and further developing our websites with focus on structure, content and user experience based on both operations' and users' needs. You ensure that our solutions meet requirements for digital accessibility and implement them in practice. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have relevant higher education in media and communication science or equivalent. You have at least 3 years of experience in qualified communication work and are accustomed to driving assignments independently from idea to implementation and follow-up. We would prefer this experience to come from the public sector. You express yourself very well in speech and writing in Swedish and are confident in working with plain language and target group-adapted communication. You have experience working with websites and digital channels with a focus on content, structure and user perspective. You also have an understanding of search behavior and how content reaches its audience. You work in CMS, preferably Sitevision, and are accustomed to ensuring that websites meet both operations' and users' needs as well as legal requirements for digital accessibility. It is meritorious if you have experience with web projects and collaboration with various stakeholders in web work. Employment type: Permanent position.
