We are now seeking an experienced and business-oriented Communications Manager for an assignment at Vattenfall with a planned start in August. The assignment offers an opportunity to work in a central role with both strategic and operational elements. As a Communications Specialist, you will be a strategic and operational support to management within the organization. You are responsible for ensuring clear, consistent, and target group-adapted communication that strengthens Vattenfall's internal communications and contributes to successful projects and change initiatives. You will work closely with management, project managers, and other key personnel to develop communication strategies, create engaging content, and ensure that the right message reaches the right audience through the right channel. In the role, you will, among other things: Plan and drive communication efforts linked to projects, change initiatives, and business development. Provide strategic communication support to management and project managers by developing communication plans, messages, and target group analyses. Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies and ensure a clear channel strategy with the right message, tone, and distribution of responsibilities. Produce, quality assure, and further develop communication materials such as presentations, decision documents, information materials, message platforms, and communications for management meetings and town halls. Support managers and leaders in their communication and contribute to clear and trustworthy leadership. Ensure that communication is coordinated, consistent, and adapted to different target groups within the organization. Contribute to strengthening the organization's internal brand through communication characterized by professionalism, clarity, and high delivery capability. Work broadly within the communications field, including internal communications, campaigns, brand matters, and communication planning. This is a full-time consulting assignment with a planned start in mid-August 2026 and will run until the end of February 2027. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who has experience in both strategic and operational communications and enjoys working in a role where you support projects, change work, and management in a larger organization. We see that you have: Experience with project and change communication in complex organizations. Ability to adapt messages for different target groups, such as management, managers, and employees. Experience developing communication plans and developing communication and channel strategies. Very good ability to produce presentation materials, message platforms, and other communication materials. Ability to work independently and drive your work forward. Very strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is a merit if you have: Experience from the industrial, energy, or infrastructure sector. Experience working in a matrix organization. Background in change management or management.
