We are now seeking an experienced communications and content specialist at 50% for our client in Malmö. You will become a key person in a comprehensive operational and system transformation program where communication plays a crucial role in creating understanding, engagement, and success in the change management work. About the Assignment In the role, you are responsible for developing, structuring, and managing the program's intranet and information spaces, as well as creating targeted communication linked to various change initiatives. You work closely with change leaders, project managers, communications specialists, training coordinators, and business experts to ensure consistent and effective communication throughout the program. You have the ability to translate complex information into clear, relevant, and accessible content that meets the organization's needs and creates value for end users. Key Responsibilities Further develop, structure, and manage the program's information space on the intranet. Create and publish articles, news, FAQs, and information pages. Develop information architecture and navigation structures for different target audiences. Prepare and update communication packages for change initiatives. Transform project and program information into clear business communication. Ensure consistency in messaging, storytelling, and information flows. Produce presentation materials, infographics, one-pagers, and other visual communication solutions. Plan and coordinate communication initiatives linked to the program's milestones. You should have Documented experience with content production and managing intranets, SharePoint, or similar digital platforms. Very strong writing, editing, and text quality assurance skills in both Swedish and English. Good understanding of user-centered communication and information architecture. Ability to make complex information simple, clear, and relevant. Experience creating visual communication materials. Experience working independently and managing multiple stakeholders in complex project environments. Merits Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365. Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools. Experience with change communication and major transformation programs.
