We are expanding our team with 2 parking enforcement officers with public law parking enforcement certification (OPV) for our area, based out of our office in Norrköping. About the role As a parking enforcement officer with us, you have an important function and are offered a varied and enjoyable job with great freedom under your own responsibility. The work involves parking supervision within your assigned area (municipal land). Through your presence in the field with a patrol vehicle and on foot, you provide the service and assistance needed to ensure parking regulations are followed and together we help ensure high satisfaction and good traffic flow. The work offers great variety, considerable freedom, and important responsibility. You will, for example: Patrol your work area by vehicle and on foot. Verify that parking rules are being followed. Ensure that correct and clear signage exists within the area. Issue parking citations when necessary. Assist our customers on-site with parking-related questions. Assist our customers on-site with questions regarding our digital services. One position is a permanent full-time employment with start date by agreement. Hours vary according to schedule and night and weekend work may occur. We apply a 6-month probationary period. The other position is a full-time temporary assignment with great opportunities for a permanent position in the future. Start date by agreement. You have a systematic and thorough approach with an eye for detail, taking responsibility comes naturally to you – you are simply an honest, helpful, and alert person who makes people around you feel secure. Requirements for the position: Possess a B driving license Good knowledge of Swedish both spoken and written Public law parking enforcement certification (OPV) Previous experience from a service profession Meritorious: Previous experience as a parking enforcement officer Previous experience in security When evaluating applicants for the position, we always review personal suitability in relation to requirements, personal qualities, qualifications, and references.
