JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are now seeking an engaged and driven nurse for our team at a special residential care facility. As a nurse at a special residential care facility, you will have patient responsibility where you are responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring patient care and treatment. The work also includes supervising care and nursing staff, delegating healthcare services, and close collaboration with other professional categories such as rehabilitation, unit managers, and nursing assistants. We work with leadership teams and team collaboration at our units. The leadership team consists of the unit manager and licensed personnel who together lead the work at the unit. To strengthen patient safety, quality, and continuity, we work based on team collaboration where different professionals meet to create coordinated and person-centered care. Working hours are scheduled and performed during day, evening, and weekend shifts. Most shifts are scheduled during daytime, and you work only one weekend out of six. For evening and weekend shifts, you work across multiple areas of operation: regular housing, special residential care, short-term units, and LSS/psychiatry, which provides a flexible and challenging workplace. We work from a person-centered approach where we consider each patient's individual needs based on their circumstances. It is flexible and varied work where you meet patients with different care needs and support services. You are challenged with creative and diverse tasks where you place the individual at the center and address each person's needs and circumstances. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a licensed nurse with experience in municipal primary care being a merit. We see that you have a positive outlook regarding development and quality work. You have the ability to be flexible and independent in planning and implementing your services. As a person, you are solution-focused and responsive, and you share your competence with others. You collaborate easily and are unpretentious. You are motivated by varied work and have the ability to work with others to create a team spirit where you work toward common goals and complement each other. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. A Class B driver's license and an extract from the police record are required. Employment Type: Permanent employment.
