JOB RESPONSIBILITIES To meet the needs of our operations and continue offering high-quality care, we are now seeking a nurse to join our team. Your primary assignment focuses on home care services, where you provide care for patients in their own homes. You will work from the nurses' shared office before daily home visits and plan your work independently based on patients' needs. As a nurse in municipal primary care, you have overall responsibility for nursing care and work with a clear patient-centered and rehabilitation perspective, where each individual's resources, needs, and circumstances are central. Working hours are scheduled and include day, evening, and weekend shifts. The majority of shifts are daytime, and you work one weekend out of six. During evenings and weekends, you work across multiple service areas, such as: • Home care • Residential care facilities • Short-term care units • Disability services (LSS)/Psychiatry This provides varied, flexible, and developmental work. A large part of the work involves close collaboration with other professionals, such as rehabilitation and habilitation staff and nursing assistants, where you together create safe and cohesive care for patients. You will meet patients with varying care needs and support services, which means work that is both challenging, creative, and meaningful.
