We are now seeking a property manager for our Östermalm/Kista area, where you will play a central role in driving and developing the business while shaping future campus environments. As a commercial property manager with us, you will have overall business and delivery responsibility for your area. You ensure that business, operations, and development are aligned in daily work and are responsible for driving the business with a focus on results, customer satisfaction, and long-term value creation. You will be the customer's primary contact for business and development matters and will lead discussions regarding the area as a whole. In this role, you will work as part of a campus team with a Technical Manager, where you jointly take responsibility for prioritizing, implementing, and following up on business and delivery in the area with significant authority to make daily decisions. Together, you will create a coordinated, efficient, and clear delivery focused on results and development. With us, you will have a responsible assignment with many contact points, where you work closely with our tenants and help develop attractive and functional spaces that strengthen their operations. Areas of Responsibility Overall responsibility for customer delivery and development of your management area, together with your team, which manages approximately 100,000 square meters in total. Responsibility for results, leasing, and investments, and ensuring a positive customer experience in collaboration with colleagues in Technical & Service, Projects, and other parts of the property division. Driving the business through active vacancy management, lease renegotiations, and identifying development opportunities. Initiating, prioritizing, and following up on development and investment projects. Ensuring that decisions are implemented and followed up in line with the area's objectives. Collaboration in cross-functional teams for strong and coordinated customer delivery. Qualifications As a person, you are business-minded, structured, and proactive. You thrive in a role with many contact points and have a natural ability to build and develop relationships. Through your work approach, you contribute to collaboration, business development, and good cooperation. To succeed in this role, we believe you have: Relevant academic education in real estate, construction, economics, or equivalent. Experience in property management, business-driven customer relations, and leasing. Experience with lease negotiations, contract management, and driving development and investment matters. Experience working with result responsibility and business management. Experience working with property management systems and strong digital competence. Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Background checks will be conducted on final candidates.
