Kitchen Manager / Senior Chef

WHY ARE WE LOOKING FOR YOU? I need to hand over responsibility for my Restaurant Hattaviken, Getterön, Varberg at least one day a week, and that's Sundays and maybe another day. So I need your help! You will be the one running Hattaviken for a day or two! WHO ARE YOU? You have extensive experience as a chef or kitchen manager. You may have left the industry. You may be retired or have another job, but would like to step in on a limited basis in a small restaurant kitchen. You work in the industry today but have gotten fewer hours in the fall and want to work a bit extra.
